The Hawks Nest has been lovingly restored to its original glory while having all the modern-day amenities woven through its clean 380 sq. ft. space. Retreat to the spacious covered porch to relax and view the acre-and-half property leading down to 100ft of 6Mile Lake frontage. Star gaze while relaxing in the comfortable, Amish-built gilding chairs around the spacious, paver fire pit area .

New build loft apartment that feels like a tree house with its full wall of windows looking into the leaves, minutes by foot from downtown shops and the beach. Enjoy coffee on the New Orleans-style balcony and peeks of Suttons Bay over a public park directly across the street. Private studio apartment in the Village of Suttons Bay. One half block off Main Street, just across from the beach and marina. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and movie theater. Grab your bike and head down the TART Trail to Traverse City and take the BATA Bus back or just stroll through our quaint unique downtown shops. Travel to local wineries, Leland's Fishtown and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Bicycle storage available in lower level with owner approval. No pets please.

Boasting 25 wineries, oodles of walking and biking trails, and beautiful Michigan beaches, the Bayside Loft is 3 minutes from Suttons Bay and 20 minutes from Traverse City. This peaceful space has fast WiFi, view/sounds/access to the west arm of the Grand Traverse and Suttons Bays, seasonal access to our fire pit and two kayaks, boat mooring ball, games, and other TV entertainment options.

Our charming free-standing apartment offers a private entrance with convenient parking in front. We are located in the center of Leelanau County's Wine Country; a birding, cycling and hiking, paradise. We are within close proximity to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park and surrounded by miles of pristine Lake Michigan shoreline. There are abundant restaurants of varied ethnicity and quaint shops in the County and even more just 20 miles south in Traverse City.

Seeblick Haus is a small vacation home for 4 people on a secluded, very private site in Northport. The open floor plan of the house is designed around the natural setting of the property and facilitates a 270 degree view of Grand Traverse bay and the surrounding orchards. Large windows offer the experience to be close to nature through all seasons and the wrap-around porch extends the living space to the outdoors.
