The Cottage

The Cottage, with a studio style layout, is a bright and clean space just one mile from historic downtown lees summit with local shops, bars and restaurants. The cottage is ~20 min from downtown Kansas City and 15 min from Kaufman and Arrowhead Stadium. This newly renovated 1900s milk barn is unique and special with a lot of charm, with a few of the modern conveniences. Guests are welcome to take advantage of the two acre landscaped yard and enjoy a delicious s’more at the outdoor fire pit!

WoodsideView/ Private Suite

Relax in this quiet and peaceful retreat. Spacious 1,100 sq. ft. suite with one bedroom and second bed tucked away in adjacent room. Luxury linens for a first class stay. Large bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower. Kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and full size refrigerator. Dinning table next to fireplace. Private entrance and on-sight parking. Hosts live upstairs and are available to help make your stay a memorable one. No smoking and no unregistered guest please.

Truman Loft

Truly one of a kind Historic property converted into a spacious, cozy loft in the heart of South KC. This 100-year-old space(5 min from HS Truman farm. He spoke on this stage on his first political campaign) has been completely rennovated with concrete countertops, beautifully vaulted ceilings, huge bathroom, built in workspace and even a fun kid's room. Let the natural light pour through the massive windows or close the curtains and dim the lights:) We hope you enjoy it as much as us!

Jill’s Place - Downtown Lee’s Summit

GORGEOUS/CHIC w/ 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms! Less than a mile to downtown LS. Easy highway access to all KC metro attractions within less than 30 minutes away! Absolutely NO drugs, parties, couch sleeping, pets, big rig parking or smoking/vaping inside allowed & if so booking will be forfeited. Drop in guests are only permitted with permission. The kitchen sink backs up a bit when doing laundry upstairs, but NOT an issue & only done during day hours.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy your own private cottage with all your essentials; You also have access to the property's hot tub and 1 acre pond stocked with catfish, blue gill, and bass! The cottage has a 1 queen size bed and a mattress in the loft . Please note: we do live on this property and the cottage is next to our main house. We have friendly outdoor cats they do freely roam the property.

Lone Jack Cabin - Studio Suite

Beautiful suite in authentic log cabin! Conveniently situated just east of the Kansas City metro area. All the comforts of home! Relax in the sitting area by the huge stone fireplace. The private suite features a king bed, private bath with shower, whirlpool tub and mini kitchen. The mini kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, small stove, microwave and sink. The suite also boasts a private entrance and deck.

5 minute walk to downtown Lee's Summit! My place is close to great restaurants, coffee shops, family-friendly activities, shopping, bars and a whole slew of entertainment. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). A park is directly across the street as well:)

Cedar Hollow Bungalow, Lee’s Summit MO

This beautiful cottage-style bungalow has two bedrooms with queen size beds and one bath. This home has been completely renovated and is located on its own 1 acre plot with private parking and is part of a larger 20 acre farm. Enjoy waking up to the sounds of the birds, seeing other wildlife and a wooded walking trail beside a rocky stream in your own private get-a-way.
