This 400 sq. ft. guesthouse (studio) on a historic property in Westwood, KS has recently been fully renovated and furnished. It has a completely equipped kitchenette, comfortable living area, along with a queen-size bed. The guesthouse also includes a washer/dryer off the kitchenette. The guesthouse is a separate dwelling located on a half an acre property which includes the original farmhouse built in 1889 - the guesthouse added in 1920. Westwood, Kansas is 2 miles from the Country Club Plaza.

The Cottage

The Cottage, with a studio style layout, is a bright and clean space just one mile from historic downtown lees summit with local shops, bars and restaurants. The cottage is ~20 min from downtown Kansas City and 15 min from Kaufman and Arrowhead Stadium. This newly renovated 1900s milk barn is unique and special with a lot of charm, with a few of the modern conveniences. Guests are welcome to take advantage of the two acre landscaped yard and enjoy a delicious s’more at the outdoor fire pit!

Nicknamed “The Real McCoy”, this historic 1879 home, originally owned by the founder of Kansas City; John McCoy. Enjoy the entire downstairs apartment which is 4 blocks from the free museums; Nelson Atkins art museum and Kemper Contemporary, as well as KCAI. 2 blocks to Gillham park playground ft. splash zone for kids, free tennis courts, jogging paths, dog walking. Walking distance to Westport area with great food and night life. Apt has 1 queen bed, 2 futons, and 1 sofa that pulls out.
