Welcome to my studio penthouse. 450 sq ft studio located at La Vista Azul Resort (seventy five feet above sea level) on the third floor with stunning ocean views. You have access to outdoor pools with a hot tub, gym and spacious parking space. There is an elevator to the studio. Unit comes with queen bed, large bathroom, kitchenette, fridge, washer and dryer and dinning table with chairs, TV and large closet. This unit has no balcony only large windows with ocean views. It has no dishwasher.

Cozy Studio in TCI

My cozy studio is located in La Vista Azul Resort in Turtle Cove, Providenciales. It is perfect for a solo traveler and a tight squeeze for a couple. This is my home away from home, so please take good care of it :) Living in the Caribbean is great, but it does come with some downsides i.e. bugs/insects and expensive utilities. PLEASE keep the DOOR CLOSED at all times to keep the bugs and insects out of the unit, and PLEASE turn off the lights, TV, and AC when leaving the unit. Enjoy!

Our cool and comfortable one bedroom condo offers tranquility and relaxation. Sitting on the balcony you can feel the tropical breezes and see the magnificent view of Grace Bay. The pool and hot tub are only steps away. If the rental car is not needed or if there isn't a driver available who is age 25+, we will reduce the price by $40.00 per night. Note: Stays of either 1 or 2 nights will not include the car rental, and a refund of $40.00 for each night will be applied after booking.
