Our house is an ideal location for quickly reaching any destination in the Salt Lake Valley and Utah county. Even with its fast access to Redwood Road, I-15, and Bangerter highway, it feels like you are in the country. Our newly-remodeled basement apartment comes stocked with every modern amenity, is quiet and comfortable--with both a private entrance and private parking. We pride ourselves on a clean, welcoming atmosphere, comfy beds & furniture, and attention to the well-being of our guests

Light household sounds upstairs 7 AM–10 PM. Not suitable for parties or events. Guest access Entire private suite with separate entrance.

In the kitchenette you can prep basic meals and be ready for a day of adventure, or stay home and have a foosball tournament. The Pickleball Manor

Our cozy 1,400 sq.ft suite, at the foot of the Wasatch Mountain range, is excellent for business travel, vacations, and exploring the magnificent great outdoors of Utah. We also have all things pickleball! We have 2 courts with lights and over 200 demo paddles four gusts to use. This full apartment basement suite is beneath the main floor of our home. We do have young children however, we do our best to ensure guests enjoy a peaceful stay and guarantee quiet hours from 10pm-7am.

Basement Apartment-3 mi to Thanksgiving Point Lehi

This basement apartment is newly finished and super light and beautiful. Fast WIFI, gas fireplace, and there is a keurig and essentials in the well stocked kitchen. Conveniently located by I-15 and 3 miles from Thanksgiving Point, the outlets and the front runner station. It is a quick 30 minute drive If you want to ski, or go to Temple Square. Or you can just enjoy the walking paths, parks and even frisbee golf course, right around the corner!
