This ground floor Studio apartment comes with access to a large Gym, Pool, Hot Tub, Luxury Clubhouse w/ a Pool Table and Shuffle Board, BBQ Grills, Firepits, Pickle Ball Courts, Workspace, and Full Kitchen w/ cookware, utensils, coffee, and other kitchen essentials. The unit is loaded with High Speed WiFi and a work desk making remote work or streaming a breeze. Free parking for multiple vehicles (including large trucks/vans) available right in the outdoor parking lot right outside the building.

There is a pickleball court and hot tub and we are 10 minutes from American Fork Canyon, 15 minutes from I-15 and about 35 minutes from downtown Salt Lake if traffic is light. Close to stores and the beautiful outdoors. Space is limited to 6 guests total. No exceptions.
