The house is isolated, and is about a 10-15 drive to nearby stores and attractions such as Bushkill Falls and Shawnee Mt. The backyard is very large and equipped with a deck and a big campfire perfect for barbecues and making s’mores. It is also very close by to small lake.

The White Swan by the Pond is a Poconos home with a beautiful LAKE front. Enjoy the water from our dock (No Swimming), private kayak, and a paddleboat from our dock, as well as fishing with a fishing license. Located in a gated Saw Creek Estates. BOATS ARE SEASONAL. Boat season starts April 1st and ends October 1. MUST BE 25 years or older to book this house. Pet fee is $50 per pet per stay.
