Longdon Barn is a brand new stunning luxury barn conversion within the Estate of Longdon Hall. This idyllic escape features your own private heated 12m indoor pool, hot tub and gym, 2 luxurious king size bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms. The beautiful sitting room, with open-plan living-dining and new kitchen make the "Barn" an ideal property for a family or group of friends. In the heart of Solihull, walks to Knowle pubs/restaurants are on the doorstep, while Warwick and Stratford-u-Avon are nearby.

The Mill

Grade II listed former brewery mill with a southfacing private courtyard garden. Rate is for 3 rooms - two doubles and a single (5 guests) - not all four rooms (up to 7). Please contact us if you would also like to book the master room with ensuite and we will confirm a rate. NB: This bathroom is shared by the 3 rooms not ensuite, shower is over the bath. The Den self-contained annex.

The Den is a self- contained annex, which is very comfortable for 4 guests. It will provide everything you need for a short or long stay in Melton Mowbray. We provide tea, coffee, bread, milk etc. The property has a fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. An open living space leads to two bedrooms with king size beds, & a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking. Check in is from 3pm, & check out is by 10am.

The Water Tower at Long Meadow Farm

The Water Tower at Long Meadow Farm, sits on the edge of an orchard and has spectacular views across the Warwickshire countryside. It has been converted into comfortable accommodation sleeping 4 in two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Every attempt has been made to preserve the original components of the water tower . Two bedrooms with double beds , one single bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower, lounge, kitchen and downstairs toilet. Parking for one car on the drive. This is my home therefore contains personal possessions. I provide space in wardrobes and drawers so no problems unpacking!
