A hidden gem in the heart of the national forest. A stylish 1 bedroom self contained apartment with fully kitted open plan kitchen, tea/coffee and nespresso machine, hairdryer, 2 x TV, ironing board and iron. This is a great stopover for people flying from East Midlands airport as it's a mere 10 minute drive, the M1 and M42 motorways can be reached in minutes, it's a central location for cities such as Nottingham, Leicester, Derby and Birmingham, also close to Loughborough which is a great for visiting students. Cyclists can step out of the front door onto the NCN 6 route which leads onto the cloud trail which goes all the way to Derby. Walkers will be spoilt for choice only being minutes away from the famous Bradgate Park, Calke Abbey and Staunton Harold.

Well equipped lodge in private grounds at Breedon on the Hill. Super cosy and insulated for winter breaks. Great walks, riding if you bring your horse, or for some peace, quiet and self isolation. Lodge has large bedroom en-suite with a separate shower, jacuzzi bath and sauna. Wonderful open plan kitchen dining and living room with exceptional views and private decking. Furnished loft apartment which is open plan. The access to the apartment is through the single door which leads into the hallway. There is one designated secure car parking space for your use, which is to the right hand side of the property door. If you require more parking please let me know.. The Coach House

The Coach house is a self contained apartment within a village setting,which benefits from a local convenience store. It is situated close to the M42 with good road links to all Midlands towns and cities. Netherseal is within The National Forest which allows access to numerous walks. There are many attractions close eg Calke Abbey, The National Forest, Staunton Harold and National Arboretum We provide a welcome pack with fresh bread, milk, eggs and preserves

The Victorian Barn

The Victorian Barn is a beautifully converted barn which provides a high standard of self-catering holiday accommodation for up to 4 guests. It is in a tranquil location amongst acres of arable farmland and wild flower margins. It can be easily accessed from the village of Theddingworth. Only 5minutes drive from the picturesque town of Market Harborough with a varied selection of restaurants, individual boutiques, award winning farm shop and covered market.

Centre of the National Forest

Conveniently located for the market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, with it’s Castle, country walks on the door step with the added bonus of a local Public House (The Black Lion) selling a selection of real ales, across the lane. This makes this the perfect place to explore the National Forest and everything it has to offer. Charging of electric vehicles by prior arrangement only, at an additional cost.
