We are 4 blks from Historic Dearborn St which offers shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, live music, entertainment. We are 5 minutes from Englewood Beach, Blind Pass Beach, Manasota Beach, Stump Pass State Park, 4 blks from Indian Mound. 5.6 miles from Cool Day Park-Atlanta Braves Spring Training facility.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis! Enjoy the wonderful amenities that include an outdoor pool oasis, club house games room, outdoor BBQ, pickleball court along with an outdoor shuffle board. Beach is only a 5 min drive with grocery stores and shopping centers all a walking distance away from condo. Newly renovated condo with plenty of space. Best location/value on Manasota Key. 300 yards to pristine gulf beaches, 300 yards to boat ramp and dock on Lemon Bay if you have a boat or want to see dolphin or fish from dock. 4/10s of a mile to several great restaurants and 1 mile to Stump Pass State Park and a few more miles to walk via the park to Stump Pass. 1519 Beachway Bungalows has one bedroom with a queen bed and a pull-out sofa. There is a full kitchen and a great outside screened in patio that is shared with SeaHouse 1521.

We beat the old 1-2 of Huricaines Helene and Milton and are ready to host you. This is a great, renovatred , one bath flat, in the heart of Boca Grande on the gorgeous Gasparilla Island. Located across the street from The Temp Rest. Going to the beach, no worries, it is just down the road. Please note: there is a small fridge and coffee maker in this flat, but no other cooking facilities. Rent our place through Air BnB and receive a 10% discount on golf cart and bike rentals.

Please note I don’t have cable TV my TVs are wireless I have Netflix and Amazon prime. Located in the Historic District of Englewood a lovely walk to fine restaurants, Indian Mound Park on Lemon Bay and 2.9 miles to Englewood Beach.
