Beach cottage family holidays 7 mins walk

Private cottage with 13 foot ceiling and polished floor boards kept in original state. The host is lodged at the back of the property - separate from your section of the house. The cottage is private and one level with no stairs - ideal for older folks and families with babies. It has 2 bedrooms, one with Queen bed & the other Double bed and King Single. This comfortable home has everything you'll need for a great holiday or getaway with friends or family. The Bowling Club is a 5 minute walk and the Golf Club and RSL 6 minutes drive.

Use the pool, sauna, explore the gardens, collect farm fresh eggs, feed the chickens & sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids. Dogs welcome on request.

Claret Ash Cottage, Hunter Valley

Claret Ash Cottage is a beautiful 1890's mining cottage nestled in the hamlet of Elderslie, Hunter Valley. The cottage accommodates up to 6 guests and suits those wanting to wind down by the fire pit in winter or on the back deck watching the sunset in summer - whilst enjoying the bounty of the Wine Country region. A picturesque 25 minute drive will have you in the heart of the wineries during the day - then back to Claret Ash Cottage by night to wine, dine and admire the view.

Swimmers Rest, classic beach house, dog friendly

Swimmers Rest is a retro, colourful beach house harking back to childhood holidays by the sea, but with modern comfortable amenities. The house has two indoor living areas, three outdoor zones, high ceilings, lots of light & has been thoughtfully & sustainably decorated. It has easy access to stunning beaches and great bushwalks. Small dogs welcome, but check with us first. The emphasis at Swimmers’ Rest is to slow down, kick back and enjoy!

Watersedge Boathouse B&B, Lake Macquarie

A very homely country cottage - very warm and inviting. A beautiful 40 acre country setting with a verandah on three sides of the cottage which is totally yours. You will see cows, geese and if you go for a walk - ducks, chickens and further on a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful Paterson River. You will see the River in our photos. Also there are so many attractions in the surrounding area.
