This gorgeous home is centered around an enormous, 50-foot diameter, open-air rancho perched right above the ocean with a new pool overlooking the surf. A private stair leads down to the sandy beach and tide pools. The two-story sleeping structure adjacent to the rancho and pool, has 4 spacious bedrooms, each with air conditioning, ceiling fan, ocean views and an abundance of ventilation. The upper-level bedrooms open onto a large veranda where you can hang in a hammock and enjoy the sea view.
