"Tuscan villa" light and bright in quiet location

My villa is ideally situated just 15 minutes from the Geelong CBD and the surf beaches of Ocean Grove and 13th Beach. Most of the outstanding wineries on the Bellarine are within 30 minutes, and 5 minutes away you have Melbourne's biggest water theme park Adventure World. We are also only 90 minutes from Melbourne and the Great Ocean Road is 2 hours away. The villa is free standing with quality fittings throughout and is in a very quiet location with everything you need to have a relaxing break.

The unit has vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, a complete kitchen with dishwasher. In winter the wood fire place keeps the place cosy. In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

My gracefully designed home is ideal for couples or small families seeking a restful weekend retreat or for business travellers seeking a peaceful refuge during the week. The house is conveniently located in a quiet neighbourhood near the Geelong CBD which lets you relax from the hustle and bustle of city life, but it's close enough to the Waterfront, GMHBA Stadium as well as any town or tourist attractions on the Bellarine Peninsula.

A charming fully self contained cottage in a secluded setting, minutes from Victoria's most popular water theme park and 5 km from Ocean Grove/Barwon Heads beaches. Handy to Queenscliff and surrounding wineries. Wood heater, air conditioner, full kitchen and all linen is provided. A short drive from the gateway to The Great Ocean Road. Relax and charge the batteries! And you can bring your dog to roam in a fully fenced garden and meet Daisy, our golden retriever pup and Honey our cavoodle.

Only minutes from The Dell Park and Beach, Clifton Springs Golf Course, boat ramp and a short drive from the picturesque Drysdale township, convenient access to local shops and supermarkets.

Our Beach House Escape is cosy fully renovated home located in The Sands Estate with an easy stroll to Whites beach. A beautiful space for family and friends to enjoy time together Wether it is winter or summer our home has something to offer for all seasons to enjoy a blissful enjoyable stay. The house comfortably sleeps 6 people plus a day bed. Located in the Sands Estate its an easy 4km ride/walk along the beach path to beaches, shops,restaurants and bars of central Torquay

Our beautiful villa Ella's Rest is nestled on a 7 acre property in a quiet pocket of Torquay. Recently completed with a local architect our eco-friendly 2 bedroom home is truly unique and finished to the highest quality. A sheltered deck overlooking the dam and a north facing courtyard with outdoor dining, shower and firepit makes it truly hard to ever leave.
