Am Grundstück können bis zu 5 Autos parken (+Garage), im Garten können Sie die Ruhe genießen. Das Haus ist in den 80er Jahren erbaut und bietet den charmanten Retro-Flair dieser Zeit. Im Kellerstüberl befindet sich ein (nicht beheizter) Pool und eine Sauna samt Ausgang in den Garten.
