The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. This is a beautiful old stone house with light and airy rooms, well equipped with modern devices which make the apartment functional for everyday use. Our house is located in the quiet part of the town, only 2 minutes walk from the seaside (50 stairs).

Authentic Old Stone House - Perast

The house which is literally ten steps away from the sea. Inside the spiral staircase leads to the top floor living area, which lead to an open terrace with a view looking directly to the Island ‘lady of the rock’ Public transport: bus service between Kotor and Risan The nearest airport is Tivat in Montenegro (about half hour drive from Perast) There are many restaurants along the Riviera.

Studio/apartment is located on the first floor of the house. It has it's own kitchen, bathroom and balcony. From balcony you have view on Boka bay and Verige. In studio you have cable TV and Wi-Fi.
