Véritable atelier d'artiste, dans une petite rue qui part de Pigalle. De nombreux peintres ont habité l'immeuble depuis sa construction au 19 ème siècle. L'atelier , situé au 2ème étage est aujourd'hui entièrement rénové, confortable, très bien équipé, haut de 4 m sous plafond, lumineux, les baies vitrées s'ouvrent sur la cour, pavée et arborée de magnolias et de rosiers. Le temps est suspendu, le calme, la douceur de la lumière, les célèbres ateliers de la butte Montmartre, au coeur de Pigalle.

Le loft est situé à moins de 100 mètres du canal de l'Ourq à Pantin. Il mesure 54 m2. Il est lumineux et spacieux. Il dispose d'une terrasse verte et il est au premier et dernier étage d'un immeuble calme, sécurisé et design. L’organisation de fêtes, de soirées et/ou de rassemblements sont strictement interdit. J’habite sur même pallier, en cas d’abus vous devrez quitter l’appartement immédiatement, vous n’aurez plus accès au logement.
