Tastefully renovated historical building located at the center of Ayvalik with a peaceful garden and indoor fireplace. Small restaurants, pubs and public transportation are in 2 min walking distance. The place is a seperate building with it's own kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. If you would like to make a reservation for 3 or more, contact us and we can open the next building for you as well! The last part of the road to arrive at the accommodation, one kilometer long, is a dirt road. The location is ideal for cycling in the surrounding area, for this purpose 2 bicycles are provided free of charge. By bicycle it is possible to access the surrounding villages and the nearest beach. Horse riding is also available upon reservation.

Our Maisonette suite Lotros is an ideal two level apartment, that can facilitate up to 4 guests. On the lower level you will find the sitting area with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom . The steps lead you to the upper level, where you will find one Queen-size bed and wall closets. The Maisonnete suite provides sea views from both levels.
