Bright East-Toronto 2 Bedroom Near Subway

2 bedroom private second floor unit, clean, bright, very clean and comfortable beds. A 5 minute walk gets you to the subway station, 10 the other direction will take you to the GO train station for a quick ride downtown. Locally, almost everything you might need is nearby; playgrounds, parks, grocery stores, restaurants and pubs, and a quick bus ride will get you to the beach. I am close enough to the train line that you will hear the trains a bit. The bedrooms face the other way, though.

Tucked away on a quiet street, this private one bedroom lower level apartment is steps away from all that Leslieville has to offer, including local coffee shops, restaurants, bars, parks and access to street cars that will take you to the downtown core in 15 mins. There is a private side entrance that will lead to a relaxing and nicely decorated space for guests to relax. Private parking available for guests

Fully private, our snug and snazzy, renovated (lower level) space with 8 ft ceilings is in an original, century-old, Victorian house, with comforts such as a soaker tub. Located in family-friendly Roncesvalles village, and within walking distance of Queen West, High Park, Little Tibet, Little Italy and other areas of interest. Multiple transit options 5 to 10 minute walk from our home which can take you downtown in about 30 to 45 minutes.
