This is a self contained, ground floor room with en-suite shower room, kitchenette and private entrance. Key safe for quick and easy self check-in. This is a newly refurbished space, with a large window and blind which makes it very light and bright but with privacy. There is a double bed with storage drawers under, a walk in storage area with hanging rail, wall mounted TV and wall mounted drop down table and foldaway chairs which make a useful eating/ work space. Self contained annexe

Self contained annexe in my private garden with ensuite bathroom. Own entrance via side gate. Fridge and kettle with tea and coffee and also microwave, toaster and crockery/cutlery/glasses. Breakfast cereal and milk is supplied and guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Gym and pool across the road , also pub and takeaways within walking distance. Includes towels and toiletries. Sunday evenings are available by request.

You will have the entire place, benefiting from all the essentials, such as , Microwave, kettle, Toaster, Fridge/Freezer, Wifi etc The guesthouse is located at the back of my home with a separate entrance.

We would like to welcome you to Calf Hey Cottage. We are situated off the main road set in a quite Hamlet in Denshaw, along side three other Cottages. We have a self contained newly refurbished open plan guest suite with separate entrance. The interior consists of a Kitchen, Bedroom, Lounge & Bathroom area, it has electric heating in the bathroom & a Multi Fuel Burning Stove.
