The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.

No. 75 has a lovely cottage feel. Great place to chill! Located in the historic old town of Lewes, nestled beneath the castle walls, this two-bedroom home is very peaceful and centrally located. The quiet street is enjoyed by pedestrians with lovely views over the park. Walk into Lewes & enjoy the restaurants, coffee shops and galleries on offer. With the rail station only a short walk, Brighton (10 mins), Eastbourne (20mins), Gatwick (30mins) and London (60mins) are extremely accessible.

The Garden Room, Warblers, Kingston Road, Lewes

The Garden Room is bright and spacious with lovely views to the south across the Lewes Brooks. There is a well equipped kitchen area, and you have your own front door. Coffee, tea, milk and some breakfast provisions will be waiting for you for your first morning. We are close to Lewes but with open fields nearby. It is a ten minute walk to a pub, for local beer and food. There is space nearby for a small car to park; larger vehicles can park about 20m from our driveway, on the Kingston Road.

It has its own entrance and hallway leading to a large double bedroom, its own bathroom and patio area, and views across our garden to the Downs. We are in the beautiful, historic Pells area of Lewes. We're close to Pells Pool, meadows and leafy walks on the River Ouse. It's 5 minutes' walk to town, brilliant shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, a cinema and Lewes Castle, and 10 minutes to Lewes railway station.

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

There is parking in our driveway. 5 minutes walk north or south from the house takes you out onto the Downs yet the town centre is just 20 minutes away.
