Cosy, self contained one bed apartment attached to our home. Private entrance and off street parking. Everything needed for a comfortable stay, separate bathroom (shower). Kitchenette with a combination microwave/oven/fridge/mini hob. Crockery/cutlery provided as well as tea/coffee making facilities. Washing machine/ironing board. Flat screen TV, separate bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe/desk. 3 mins from two train stations and excellent links to London Bridge (15mins), St Pancras (25 mins).

The newly built, annex is located off the main road in the grounds of our house. The spacious 1 bedroom annex has an accessible walk in shower and a kitchen area stocked with basic equipment, crockery. a microwave, single hob, washing machine and fridge. Super fast wifi is available throughout with access to our lovely garden with kids play area. located in a beautiful part of SE London walking distance to many green spaces e.g Greenwhich park. Lewisham hospital is 5mins away and 9 min to town

A charming open plan basement room which is entirely self contained with its own entrance. Enjoy the tasteful kitchen facilities alongside the spacious en-suite bathroom. The flat is situated on the bottom floor of our Victorian house in the peaceful and leafy Telegraph Hill conservation area. It offers a comfortable bolt hole within easy reach of central London. There is plenty to do locally with green spaces, good pubs and restaurants close by as well as a myriad of Zone 2 transport links.

Lovely ex granny flat in south-east London (Lewisham). Close to shops, market, restaurants. 10min walk to the station, frequent trains - Central London, Greenwich, Canary Wharf. Clean and bright, a flat within a house with your own entrance, parking, kitchen, bathroom with bath/shower. All of it is handicap accessible and suitable. Access to garden. Please note: we live there too, away from you but you will be able to hear us sometimes. 2 adults, 2 teenagers, dog, cat & goldfish (quiet).

Guests have their own studio space, with a 140 cm firm double bed, furniture for storing things in, and hanging space with hangers. A daybed sofa that’s a comfortable single bed for the third guest, chairs for hanging out, or eating around the dining table.

This unique space is huge, 500 sq ft!! and is close to Greenwich, Blackheath, The 02, Canary Wharf, City Airport and with a quick train journey to central London. You'll love the studio because of the location, the amazing views of canary wharf and the 02, with garden and key-box entry.
