Your group will be close to everything when you stay with us. 1.1 miles to downtown/.6 miles to family fare. 3 bedrooms, 4 queen beds and a queen pullout sofa in the living room. Big front yard and a patio off to the side of the home. The front yard has a fire pit and lots of space for the yard games that we include and the patio has an outdoor dining area with a grill. Back apartment with separate entrance and driveway homes a quiet month to month renter. A/C is window units: up/downstairs

Beautiful, fully-equipped two bedroom apartment on a 160-foot seawall in downtown Lake City. Newly remodeled for the 2024 season! IMPORTANT: This unit is upstairs, so renters MUST be physically able to use stairs to access this apartment. We promise that the breathtaking view of the lake is worth the climb! *If stairs and mobility are an issue for you, please look for Lake City Landings, Units 1 or 4. Unit 1 only has one step in and Unit 4 is completely on one floor.*

Now there are two separate and private vacation rentals enjoying the same excellent location. Second floor apartment with private entrance and enclosed front porch. This apartment was remodeled in July 2020 and features one bedroom, one bathroom, washer/dryer, kitchen and living room. The couch in living room pulls out into a full size memory foam bed. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need for your stay. There are two large closets for storage. This space is the perfect size for a couple.
