Lots of greenery. In front is an almost empty lot with mango and other fruit-bearing trees. 15 mins to Ormoc, 10 mins to Albuera.

Lower level there's a outdoor kitchen with refrigerator and stovetop again with spectacular waterfront views. One minute walk to a white sand beach only used by local fisherman and local children swimming. We also have awesome snorkeling with a house reef right out front.
