The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Inside, you’ll stay cool with AC, a cozy queen bed, kitchenette, dining table, reliable wifi, and full bath. Outside, relax by the fire pit or cook on the charcoal grill. Fits 4 adults and 2 children.Entrance to lake 100 feet away with boat for you to use. Fish , swim , boat , picnic table , dock in middle of lake ,nearby hiking. Back patio has swing chair and picnic table , hammock for a nice quiet relaxing time .enjoy wildlife birds, deer, etc. always on standby to answer question. our local handyman is ready to address any issues you may have. Full kitchen with all your cooking needs. This is a perfect vacation spot to have fun and make beautiful memories.

You can sleep. You can sip. You can cook. You can workout. You can hang. Outside of our doors you can fish. You can hike. You can stargaze. You can play. A place to do everything or nothing at all.

Butternut Farm Cottage

Butternut Farm Cottage is an 1880's farmhouse. One and a half story great room with wood burning stove, kitchen, dishwasher; laundry room, two bathrooms and library with TV and Wifi. Lots of natural light. Sound system throughout. Covered porch. Comfortable beds. BBQ grill and fire-pit. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and medium size groups (up to 6). **While not an issue for most some ambient noise from Rt. 17 is heard when outside.
