Welcome to this cosy home near the Seaside Park and the beach. The apartment is located in a historic wooden house with its own wonderful aura, it has high ceilings, original wooden floors, and many authentic details. The apartment has 1 bedroom with living area and 1 separate bedroom, a kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with a washing machine. Liepaja Beach is 450 metres away. On the way you will find the largest children's playground in the city. There are cafés and walking paths nearby.

Welcome to stay in our charming "Art and Flowers" apartment in the heart of Liepāja city. The apartment is located in a historic red brick building built 1905. The apartment recently has been completely renovated. We are proud to have the status of the architectural monument. Only 500 meters from beach and seaside park. Twice around a corner is Square of Roses (Rožu Laukums). Nearby by walking distance are nice restaurants and culture objects such as concert hall, theater, museum etc.

Bicycles available for FREE to our guests 2 bedrooms (large double bed which can be easily split in 2 single beds). Other room equipped with a large and very comfortable triple sofa-bed whic can be made into 3 single beds or double. The beach is 100m from the house. Next to the house there is a cycling and pedestrian route which runs trough all Liepaja trough sand dunes and a seaside park. Close to a shopping center, South Forts and Liepaja "narrow" tram.
