Rustic rental cottage in Chippewa Park, close to indian Lake.  This nautical themed efficiency cottage is in the perfect location to enjoy all that Indian Lake has to offer.  Freshly updated, this features a queen size bed, sitting area, refrigerator, one burner cooktop, toaster, microwave and coffeepot, as well as a spacious private bathroom with a shower.  This cottage will comfortably accommodate two adults, there is also a laddered sleeping loft.  Adjacent to Indian Lake State Park.

This place is only a 5 minute drive to the refinery and both major hospitals in Lima. Simon has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom that can easily fit 5 guest. Stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and deep freezer are in the unit as well. The home has been recently renovated with a new shower, vanity, carpet, and paint.
