You walk inside and the large windows open to the terrace and garden. A 5-minute walk to the beach along a private local path. 82 sqm, two bedrooms, up to 7 guests. Fenced garden in a safe neighborhood. The kitchen has everything you need as at home, you could live here for a month or more. Suitable for families with kids, couples, or groups of friends

On the property is volley ball, basketball, beach and plenty of green space. There is also a possibility to rent a boat and go around the lake. The lake is located about 90 m from the house in direct line. Private beach is about 150 m form the house across the road.
