It is set out to individual needs of each guest so they can quickly unstress and relax. the private garden and patio, is a lovely area for an evening salad or a glass of wine. With fast WiFi and off road parking it is a perfect base to holiday or to work from.

My place is very close to the beach (3 minute walk), Wales Coastal Path (1 minute walk) and Oxwich Bay Hotel (3 minute walk). You’ll love my place because of the privacy, ambience, outdoors space (backdrop of a wood), neighbourhood, and 50 Mbs FTTP Wifi. It is good for couples or a family, for the beach, or lots of walks, or functions at Oxwich Bay Hotel. Sea Watch is a newly fully refurbished beautiful boutique style holiday town house (Located on the seafront in Mumbles with uninterrupted views across Swansea Bay and within walking distance of all the local amenities. The 3 bedrooms all have smart TVs as does the lounge & open plan kitchen. WiFi throughout. There is a well equipped kitchen & utility. 2 bathrooms & a luxurious lounge. A “tee off” away from the prestigious Royal Porthcawl golf club. Follow the coastal path into Porthcawl town to bars and restaurants along the seafront. Use this home as a base to visit many other coastal beaches within the region. Does not offer a sea view, but who wants to be inside when the beach is on your doorstep.

Your space is on the ground floor of our sea-front home in Mumbles, offering uninterrupted views of Swansea Bay. From the suite, you can see Mumbles Lifeboat Station to the right and Oystermouth Castle to the left. The suite features a king-size bed, corner sofa (also a sofa bed), full size fridge, table and chairs, a work desk, storage, shower room, 50” TV, and WiFi. Trampoline at the back. Please note, no cooking facilities are provided but we do have bowls, plates, glasses etc.

We welcome you to our home in a beautiful location, that we would like to share with as many people as possible. Situated on a leafy cul de sac, is a beautifully spacious and well equipped property, perfect for families, couples and groups. We love our property, so much so we have decided to move out to a nearby village and allow others to experience the same pleasures that we have experienced whilst living there.

Can sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children not 4 adults. This Cabin is right on the Gower coastal path so you can be as active or as laid back as you like. Watch the sunset and sunrise, loose yourself under the night stars as you star gaze until your hearts content. Award winning beaches just five mins drive away or if you like to walk let your feet take you there. Fantastic local pubs and restaurants.
