Perfect for a quick stopover, travelling for business, or for longer stays. The Lake House Retreat is ideal for guests travelling alone or for groups and is family friendly. Provisions for cooked and continental breakfast supplied for the first morning and a complimentary bottle of wine greets you on arrival.

Gums N' Roses B&B is located in the heart of Bordertown offers a family and pet-friendly stay where comfort meets convenience. Relax & unwind with family or friends at our peaceful Rural Retreat. Nestled on 210 acres, this scenic sheep & cattle grazing property and surrounds has plenty to offer. A short stroll to Lake Leake is where you can kayak, fish, swim or use the BBQ facilities for a picnic. Lake Edward adjoins the property & offers a nice tranquil feeling when sitting on the pier, kayaking or walking the bush trails. The Limestone Coast & Coonawarra wine region is sure to impress travellers & wine enthusiasts.

Tawarri Bushland Retreat (main house)

This beautiful architect designed house, made from the local stone, is situated on an acre of quiet and secluded natural bushland. Tawarri is 150m away from the beautiful Glenelg River, 300m from the Lower Glenelg National Park and only 4km from the unbroken beaches of Discovery Bay, making it an ideal setting for swimming, walking, bird watching, fishing, or simply retreating from a busy life. Note - we are unable to supply linen and towels at present, and kindly ask you to bring your own.

Our retreat is situated in the heart of the Coorong with direct access to the water. You will enjoy privacy in 2.5 acres of space, outdoor activites including undercover bbq and open fireplace. Take in calming water views or launch your boat or kayak with water access through the rear gate. Photography enthusiasts will love the birdlife and landscapes, while nearby walking trails and 4WD tracks lead adventurers to secluded, untouched parts of the Coorong waiting to be discovered.

Two Storey - North facing beach home 100 m to ski lake. Located a short walk into the Main Street and Mahalia coffee but away enough from the hustle and bustle. Stroll onto Hoopers beach or jump in the car out to long beach. The ski lake has a beautiful reserve where the kids can have a paddle whilst you cook a bbq. We really hope you enjoy your stay. Our newly renovated front yard is great for games on the lawn or perfect spot to have an afternoon beverage soaking in those rays.

Karrawirra Cottage - self contained and stylish

You will find our renovated, freestone cottage situated in a quiet, one-way street, a short walk into the centre of town. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen sized beds, quality linen and fans. Rainwater supplies our fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. Reverse cycle air conditioning and an electric fireplace ensure year round comfort. We offer continental breakfast provisions that include fresh fruit, yoghurt, milk, butter, bread and cereals.

River 2C is a beautifully presented 3 bedroom, home with an amazing outlook over the estuary & Glenelg River. Its excellent location makes the newly renovated pub, kiosk and river less than a 5min walk from the house. The stunning enclosed gazebo area has amazing river views and makes for an ideal place to cook a BBQ dinner and watch the sunset over the estuary, protected from the elements and any pesky bugs .

Our Hamptons-styled holiday units make for a spacious vacation base. Cool colours, chic feel, understated elegance and a beach-house vibe with white as the base colour with other neutrals and beiges featuring. The overall experience puts you at ease and feels effortless. Bring pets will have extra $15 cleaning fees per stay, Extra adult $50 and child $25, Guests need to contact us when they check in.
