Our cozy vacation home nestled on a spacious 1acre lot with a lazy sloping yard, perfect for a relaxing getaway with the family and/or friends. This property boast a shallow to deep swimming area, great for children and adults alike, and is complete with a trampoline and swing set for endless hours of fun! Lakehouse on Lay Lake with the most amazing sunsets and year round water. There’s a MBR on the main floor with a large bathroom and jacuzzi tub. 3 king beds upstairs with full or twins in each room. 1 large full bath with 2 showers. 1 half bath with laundry room on main, plus an outdoor bathhouse. Shallow 3-4 ft water & private boat ramp and large pier. Big yard with a hammock. Big porch. Pool and ping pong tables, kayaks and paddle board. Swimming pool heated Mar-Oct. Spa heated year round.

Nivendale Cabin - at Riverview Campground

Our new hand crafted Nivendale cabin uses cedar, poplar, oak, pine and driftwood harvested from our 150+ acre lakefront property. The unique rustic mock treehouse design has a large raised deck with an outdoor tree trunk window seat. Set among massive shady trees, it is beautifully furnished. Guests can enjoy our large adjacent campground shoreline with a swimming pier, and boat launch and canoe use at no charge. Recently featured in our local paper, there is no cabin quite like this.

The driveway is accessible from the road and alley, which makes it ideal for parking up to three pick-up trucks with boat trailers. It has two TV's, one in the living room, and one in the master bedroom, plus high speed WiFi. The screened porch is furnished and provides a great spot to relax and enjoy our wonderful north Alabama evenings!
