This lovely 2 story cottage with a private deck off the upstairs bedroom is a great place to enjoy the coast. The beach is a few walking blocks from the cottage. The cottage is suited for a family or couples getaway. There is a great open living room to sit by the fire and watch a movie (TV for streaming only), with adjoining dining area to enjoy a meal or playing board games. The huge yard is perfect for outdoor yard games. New fast Nest router connects to smart speaker, thermostat and TV.

Updated decor and furniture with comfortable beds are just a few of the amenities. This home is set up wonderfully for long-term stays. Nice east facing garden patio and a large back deck for afternoon BBQ's. close to Golf, parks, shopping, 20 minutes to the casino. Beach access is 2 blocks. Please notify when booking if you are bringing one pet.

Lots of games and activities on the home's 3 levels. Gathering areas on each level for family and friends to spread out and relax. Well stocked kitchen. Fireplace. Large screen TVs in each bedroom.

Welcome to our cozy cottage! We would be happy to invite you into our home! It sits on the Siletz Bay and looks out onto the water and Salishan Spit. From the backyard, you will see eagles, osprey, otters, and the occasional seal. Chill out by the fire pit overlooking the water, or take a soak in the hot tub and star gaze! There is no light pollution, so on a clear night, frequent shooting stars can be seen! Feel free to say hello to our Kitty, Coco! She may be around hanging out.

The deck and fenced yard are the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring all Lincoln City has to offer.
