Our cozy coastal condo is a relaxing retreat. You can be as busy or as lazy as you’d like. Some visits we just sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Other times we take long walks, chat with those clamming or crabbing right off of the shore. Our favorite place for cocktails and live entertainment is just a 3 minute walk around the corner, The Snug Harbor. We hope you enjoy this little slice of paradise as much as we do!!! ***Please note that our condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

As such, guests can enjoy common space amenities such as Olivia Beach's private beach access, a park with a play structure for children, a sand volleyball court, & a fire pit for roasting s'mores. If you feel like hanging back, the Beach Bungalow has rocking chairs on the porch for reading, a private hot tub, and a wide collection of family board games.

'Silence of the Clams' is what we call this gorgeous oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people by way of a king size bed and a sleeper sofa, has a full bathroom with walk-in shower and a full kitchen with its own dishwasher. The beach access is literally right out the oceanside window. If the weather is stormy, stay inside, enjoy the electric fireplace and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!

No 116 at D Sands Condominiums is a lovely ground floor, privately owned studio condo. Enjoy a cozy gas fireplace from the comfortable queen bed for 2 or from the loveseat while watching a breathtaking ocean view. Guests can also enjoy the oceanfront balcony or the properties beach access staircase. Other amenities include a walk-in shower and a kitchenette stocked with basic dish ware, cook ware, and full appliances. The HOA also provides internet, cable, and access to an indoor pool.

By the Waves is a 5-plex offering ocean view lodging in a beachside community. We have great ocean views and a shared ocean view hot tub! This suite is on the 3rd floor and offers a king-size bed overlooking the ocean, along with a cozy gas fireplace. It's about 45 yards to the stair-free city beach access with miles of beachcombing! As a long-time company policy, we require your home address and a current phone number when you book.
