Located in the quiet neighborhood of Pleasant View Estates, the cottage includes access to three boat ramps and one sandy area. Convenient to Evans, Augusta, Lincolnton, and McCormick. Publix at Riverwood is 28 minutes. Dollar General is 15 minutes.

Dog friendly Clarks Hill Lake house with pool.

The pool is open May to October (though no guarantee when it’ll be warm). Cleaners come once a week and need access for one hour. This beautiful rustic lake house property located on Clarks Hill Lake becomes a private oasis with a pool! The house is a dog-friendly, 3/2, 1500 sq. ft. home with a great layout that sleeps 6-8 comfortably, and includes a fully stocked kitchen. An expansive back deck overlooks the lake and has a small dock perfect for relaxing or tying up a boat.

Lake Haven

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located lake house. Great place for fishermen to stay for tournaments or a nice vacation spot. 2 story, 2 boat slip dock. 1 boat lift. Private area. Nice, covered patio with tv, and firepit. Grills available upon request. Lots of privacy. 2nd story of dock has 4 cushioned lounge chairs and gas fire pit. Absolutely no jumping off of top deck!!! Not only is it against DNR rules, but the water is too shallow for jumping.

At the Lake Cottage

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Located a short walk to the boat ramp in Winfeild Hills. There is plenty of room to bring and park your boat !! You will fall in Love with this adorable Cottage. With 2 Main suites on the lower level and One Large Loft upstairs there are plenty of places to sleep. One bathroom serves this home, however two shower heads are in the shower. This home is not Lakefront but is only a walk to the boat ramp.

A quite and peaceful cabin nestled in pine and oak trees on 10 acres of undisturbed wildlife. A covered boat slip for fishing, swimming, and boating and a golf cart to go back and forth from the dock. Bring your boat or rent one from the nearby marina.
