EVERLONG Residential presents this 3-BR Cozy Lakefront Cottage! Welcome to our enchanting vintage 5-bed home nestled on the tranquil shores of Lake Norman. This unique lakefront retreat offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts, making it an ideal destination for a relaxing getaway with family and friends. Set on nearly an acre of land, lounge on the expansive lawn, sunbathe on the boat dock, roast marshmallows at the fire pit, or enjoy a picnic under the shade of mature trees.

For adults, slip into the hot tub or sauna, both with beautiful views of the lake or relax & refuel in our yoga/meditation room. For family adventure, try out our kayaks and paddle boards or our boat dock is ready for you to bring your own boat or rental. For family fun, try our game room with arcade & video games, ping pong and air hockey or head outside for s'mores around the fire pit and playing yard games.

Cozy Guesthouse on the Lake

A peaceful, quiet cover on the lake with lots of lake toys! Relax by the firepit or on the swing under the deck, or take a dip in the lake. You can also enjoy our kayaks, our paddleboard, or one of our several floats to lounge the day away! We have several life jackets available for various sizes but best to bring your own if you need one for a little one. You have your own space on a shared property. The owners live in the main house and happy to help as little or as much as needed!
