The building is the oldest mansion in Helena, built in 1868 and has been divided into multiple different units. This one has its own entrance at the rear of the property. Please note that it is on the second story so there are stairs!

It is an easy drive to Philipsburg and Butte. This is also a great stopping point between Yellowstone National Park and Glacier National Park. Not to mention the numerous outdoor activities nearby. Cottonwood Creek runs next door and a park across the street with views of Pikes Peak West out the front door.

Recently updated, the Mini Vic still maintains its 19th century charm. Spacious kitchen and bath, formal dining and an inviting living room with gas fireplace. Cozy outdoor space with gas BBQ and firepit. Great location and a great little home while you enjoy Helena!

Come stay in the recently built Blackfoot Ranch guest house on a working horse and mule ranch while staring into the Scapegoat Wilderness. Amazing blue ribbon trout fishing just up the road. Located 5 miles from a major trailhead accessing the Bob Marshall Wilderness Complex. The guest house is in a separate building on the ranch above my saddle shop. Enjoy amazing star gazing and the quiet of this remote ranch.
