Enjoy historic charm close to UNL and downtown. This garden-level apartment with its own entrance is walking distance to delightful coffee shops and cafes. Modern kitchenette will allow you to prepare quick meals. We live in the upper levels with our dog (Esther) so you will hear us moving around a bit. The space is a little tight for four grown adults, but it’s great for a family with kids. Sofa pulls out to a full-sized bed. We love to offer our porch and patio for your enjoyment!

The suite is fully furnished with two queen-size beds, desk, small refrigerator, coffee maker, hot plate and dishes. A mini-split a/c & heat pump provides cooling and heat, in addition to radiators. It is on the 2nd floor of the home. Property owners & a few tenants are on site. We have 2 friendly dogs.
