In the middle of nowhere but only 8 miles from Boston town, 12 miles from Skegness Beach and 3 miles from the sea/coast boasting award winning RSPB nature reserves and marshes. 28 cabins on a 3 acre lake. Pet and children are more than welcome. We have 12 acres of land and orchard for you to go for a walk and even a dog agility area (Bookable). Wollaton Park Studio, Nottingham

A spacious lounge with double bed and large leather sofa, chairs. HD TV & a Bose Bluetooth music speaker. The Studio is private and totally separate from the main house. Own Small Kitchen with Sink, Fridge, Twin Hotplates and a Microwave Oven. Shower and Toilet with Hand Wash Basin. The Studio is a 10 minute bus ride from the city centre but in a quiet leafy area and is only a five minute walk from Wollaton Park. Private off road parking is provided for guests right next to the studio entrance.

The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

The apartment is a short walk from The University of Lincoln (0.4 miles) and the Brayford Pool area (0.3 miles) with restaurants and shops with the main High St shops being another couple of minutes stroll away. The Stable

Lovely, converted stable block in a very quiet village near to Grantham and just 25 mins from Stamford. Local pub doing good food. The Stable is a completely self-contained annexe accommodation , with fully fitted kitchen, 4 poster bed and small lounge area. Own front door and off road parking outside. The Stable is for 2 people but there is a small sofa bed in the lounge. Note that small surcharge is payable, if sofa bed is required for a 2 person booking (for example for a child)

Mole's Cottage - private pool & hot tub. Rural

Mole's Cottage, Minting Horncastle is situated on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is a self catering cottage set within the grounds of a private house. The cottage itself is all on one level, has its own large tarmac parking area, fully enclosed private patio furnished with BBQ, Table, Chairs etc. Step outside and use the enclosed hot tub or maybe stroll 100 steps to the indoor heated pool. The hot tub and pool are for your own private use.
