The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. The Stables is a beautifully converted Grade 11 listed building within the spacious garden walls of our home in Nettleham. It still retains many of the original features; a perfect retreat to enjoy a relaxing break away. Only 2 miles from the historic city of Lincoln, with easy acess to the city within 15 minutes. There is also safe, private parking on site. Within our village, there are 3 lovely pubs serving food, a fish & chip shop, Chinese takeaway and the Co-op store is within 2 minutes.

Church Farm Barn South Hykeham Lincoln

A beautifully converted Barn set in the boundaries of a 300 year old grade II listed farm house in the peaceful rural village of Old South Hykeham. With a wood burner in the open plan lower floor and a mezzanine level overlooking the lounge. There is a well equipped kitchen. The old apple loft serves as the master bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, ensuite toilet and basin, as well as a roll top bath. The bedroom downstairs is a twin room with two single beds and large wet room.

The cottage has a number of quirky features, exposed beams, a wood burning stove and a hot tub. The village boasts one of the best pubs in the area 'The Bee's Knee's, which is a 30 second walk.
