Welcome to 29 Ebden – your sanctuary to unwind & rejuvenate. Elevated and private, this luxurious architecturally designed home in Hobart's North has all that you need to enjoy a memorable stay in Tasmania. Perched atop a hill overlooking the Derwent River, the house features a large deck & outdoor wood fire pit, as well as a private bath deck. Please note; 29 Ebden's bedrooms are double (queen) share. E.g., if you would like four bedrooms prepared for your stay please book for eight guests.

Seaview is a renovated three bedroom federation home with an architecturally designed extension in central Hobart. The house is spacious and surrounded by verandahs. It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

On the river at picturesque Rose Bay, "Marana" is a luxury home with an amazing view. Enjoy the vista of the Tasman Bridge & magnificent Mount Wellington. With 4 bedrooms, we do not allow guests on lounges or the floor. Maximum 8 guests. No parties & no functions. Requests to use the house for other purposes like weddings/photos etc must be approved prior to booking. With direct access to the river and no fencing, it’s unsuitable for pets or small children. The modern studio is nestled in a luxurious garden providing a sense of serenity at the rear of our 130-year-old heritage house. Warm up next to the wood-fire after a short stroll to the local restaurants, bars and cafes located in North Hobart. Situated within 1.9km of the CBD and 2.8km to Salamanca waterfront, there is a bus stop at the end of the street. A microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge are provided for your convenience, as well as a BBQ on your private deck.
