Welcome to this characteristic 1930s house in a pleasant neighborhood of Nijmegen with nice cafes and restaurants, close to the center and nature. A lovely house for those seeking tranquility and want to enjoy Nijmegen and the beautiful surroundings! You have 3 floors, including a veranda and garden to yourself. Attic is no longer rented out! From bedroom one you can walk straight into the garden. The living room and kitchen are adjacent to the attractive and sheltered veranda with hammock.

Via het Musispark loop je in 8 minuten naar het stadscentrum, de markt en de gezellige terrassen aan de Rijnkade. Een aantal goede restaurants zijn vlakbij. Geniet van dit stadsappartement vanwege het hoge plafond, de hoge ramen, de comfortabele slaapvide, de eigen keuken en privé-badkamer. Gratis parkeren! Het is een ideale plek voor stellen, solo-avonturiers en zakelijke reizigers.

Very nice studio near the center of Nijmegen

Nicely decorated ground floor studio in one of the most beautiful and centrally located places of Nijmegen-East. You walk to the city center in 10 minutes. In the immediate vicinity you will find several nice restaurants. The fascinating hilly landscape in which Berg and Dal and Groesbeek are hidden, are easy to reach by foot or by bike as well as the sandy beaches of the river Waal where you can swim. The studio is accessible for disabled people with a wheelchair.

The tiny house has everything for a wonderful stay on the Veluwe and is approximately 10 minutes from the center of Arnhem. The house is located near the Warnsborn estate, National Park, Burgers Zoo, Open Air Museum and on MTB and cycling routes. The bus stops in front of the house. The house consists of a cozy living room/bedroom, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen (with even dishwasher and espresso machine )
