This A-frame has all you need, including two jetless fill and drain hot tubs you can enjoy in any weather, a shared home gym onsite, and the coolest individual sleeping cozy spaces which are complete with blackout curtains and ventilation fans. You'll be just minutes from Czech Village, NewBo District, downtown, Interstate 380, and Hwy 30. Close to tons of great restaurants and fun entertainment, all while in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Kingston Gateway Suite

This is a Turn of the Century Victorian Home. It was built in 1900, we are the 3rd owners. It has been well loved and given a new look. It is our desire to share this with unique space with everyone. You will have a warm and inviting space to relax in. Upgrades include an extensive water filtration system and thermostatic shower controls. Kingston Suites also offers central air and heat for each floor giving you control of your comfort. This is a NO SMOKING PROPERTY. There are 3 suites total

The Heart House in NewBo

Just one block from NewBo Market in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood, this sparkling clean, cozy and eclectic space is the upper apartment of an 1890s era home listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Once slated for demolition, the Heart House was fully restored (in a way that charms everyone) to include a first floor shop and a second floor apartment. Guests especially love the clawfoot tub with rainfall showerhead.

Located two blocks from downtown Marion, this charming home is newly renovated with all-new furnishings and filled with love. It doubles as an art gallery, with all artwork available for purchase. The home is stocked with art supplies, games, adult coloring books, and materials for vision boards and blackout poetry, making it a perfect retreat for creativity and relaxation. Whether you’re an artist or simply seeking inspiration, this unique space invites you to unwind and create.

The Irish Hill - Uptown Marion

Named after it’s neighborhood roots, this 2 bedroom apartment is full of charm. Originally the first floor of a 1900 home for railroad workers in Marion, it is now a refurbished 2 bedroom apartment we call the Irish hill. A completely separate 1 bedroom apartment (also on Airbnb) is the top half of the house, and we call that the Uptown B! Check it out on our host profile. Irish hill guests will have access to a .25 acre yard (unfenced). Only blocks away from uptown Marion!
