Entire Studio -Country setting, quiet and private

Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter. Air conditioning only in the sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep.Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room for their current local job.

The Cob House is a one-of-a-kind, hand-built retreat crafted from sand, clay, and straw—just like they did centuries ago. Private entrance, comfy bed, patio with fire pit and Webber B-B-Q. Forested area along back yard, for peaceful patio time. A block from the Santiam River and Waterloo County Park with trails, playground, disc golf and a great fishing spot at the falls. 11 miles to Foster Lake. 1 mile to Pineway or Mallard Creek golf courses. Not far from larger towns.

Located near Hwy 22 in Mill City (30 miles from I-5 & Salem) The cabin was the original home to the Kelle Family in 1942. Updated in 2022. It comfortably fits 2 adults & 1 child. Sofa bed is NOT recommended for adults. Private, the whole place is yours! No shared walls; our home is behind the cabin. Great for travellers, kayakers, and campers. Walking distance to parks, river, store, bar & grill. RV parking on request. EV charging available with advance arrangements only.

Our home is within 30 minutes of Foster and Green Peter Lake, hometown of the Strawberry Festival, Willamette Speedway on Saturday nights in the summer, and one hour away from the Oregon Coast! With all the adventures you can have in a day come stay in our home away from home!

Bring the whole family or use it as a private get away. Bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps up to 3 people. The queen bed by the hot tub and pool sleeps 2 (privacy curtains). There is 1 couch and 1 futon. In addition to the pool and kitchen, there is an indoor fire pit, ping pong and foos ball, outdoor deck, yard (games bocci and croquet). One room with toilet/sink and one with shower/dressing area. VCR/DVD on two TVs, internet on 3rd.
