In the living room area you'll find an Airplay-enabled TV with cable (with several international channels), a Chromecast (to stream content directly from your devices), and a DVD player, with a personal collection of DVD's. Also, in the neighborhood, you can find a groceries store, bakeries, and a 24hr pharmacy 5min up the street.
