Boasting 6 cottages in total, each has been converted to a high specification with modern facilities including high-speed internet & wide-screen televisions. Every apartment has its own living area, kitchen, bedroom and en-suite. You'll arrive to a generously stocked fridge with welcome pack including everything you need to make your own Ulster Fry in the morning as well as bread, milk, cheese and more. Our 1 bedroom, self contained apartment is on site at our newly built home. We have free, secure parking outside the apartment. It is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay, including cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, hoover, hair dryer, iron, extra bed sheets, towels, blankets and pillows. There will be some toiletries and condiments for your use. We are based just outside of Lisburn on a 1 acre site surrounded by fields, the area is extremely peaceful.

Our self catering apartment, Spruce Cottage is compact and traditional. The cottage has one bedroom with two single beds, with an adjoining bathroom that has a walk in shower and bath. The living area has a bed settee and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests have free use of the farms play areas, tennis court and foot golf course. Children supervision required.
