Less than a mile from The Garden City Pier & 5 min from The Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, with lots to do in between. Everything including arcades, restaurants, live music, pier fishing, kayak/jet ski/golf cart rentals, karaoke, bars, & shops are all within a mile to two miles from the condo.

Our centrally located condo is on second floor at the Summerhouse at the Litchfield Resort in Pawleys Island (elevator access). One bedroom condo, two queen beds, pull out sofa in the living room, walk in shower. Furnished balcony off the living room overlooks pool area. Many amenities on property include: pools, hot tub, walking/biking trails, private gated beach access, bathrooms, and outdoor showers. Starbucks and dining on location.Come stay at this immaculate condo.

The pool, complete with lazy river, hot tub and playground is downstairs, along with a restaurant and tiki bar boasting amazing patio seating. You will also find an ice cream shop and a Starbucks. Beach shuttle is next to the pool, or you can choose to walk the 10-12 minutes through the resort to the private beach access.

We are located near multiple golf courses, amazing restaurants, the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, historic Georgetown & only a mile from the beautiful beaches of Pawleys Island!

Welcome to our beautiful place in Pawleys Island, SC. Located on a terrific golf course just minutes from the beach and awesome shopping and restaurants. Main pool, hot tub and 2 tennis/pickleball courts are open year round. Satellite pools are seasonal. Beach chairs and cooler are provided, along with a season pass to Huntington Beach State Park. 1/2hr from Myrtle Beach, 10 minutes from historic Georgetown, and 90 minutes from Charlestown. Come and enjoy.

Gorgeous ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. 1/4 mile from Garden City Pier, walking distance to bars, restaurants, fishing, surfing, arcade. No need for shoes! Walk right on to the beach! Mature, respectful guests welcome to enjoy our space. Absolutely no pets allowed or parties as there are many Seniors in the building and guest pets are not permitted under the HOA.

My condo is on the top floor which gives you a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom and living room with cathedral ceilings have a wall of glass giving you a spectacular view of the sunrise over the ocean. The living area has sliding doors to the balcony overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom has a tempurpedic queen bed. The guest room has a queen bed and a bunkbed for children. The kitchen is well supplied.

Pawleys Island has been a vacation destination since the 1700s and it remains charming yet laid back. The beach is unspoiled and un-commercialized, while the area is full of unique boutiques and restaurants. The unit is in a prime location within the complex which lends itself to a quieter time away from common areas yet not too far away to enjoy them. Amazing views from your balcony which is accessible from both the primary bedroom & main living area. We recently updated our kitchen appliances!
