It is insulated, has a ceiling fan and air-conditioning. There is an additional wall fan in the bathroom and a clothes hanger for your convenience. No smoking on the property.

Our place is only 2 minutes to a supermarket, 5 minutes to a local large shopping centre and 20 minutes to Darwin CBD. The bathroom is a shared facility with other guests. Just off the Arnhem highway, the cottage is close to shops and is a gateway to Kakadu, popular fishing locations as well as being close to Litchfield and other attractions. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, a well stocked bookshelf and lots of board games for you to enjoy. A great place for you to relax and unwind.

Lounge, tv, dining area, kitchen, fridge, bedroom with queen size bed and separate bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and tub. Pets allowed as spacious securely fenced lawned area. Dogs can be safely left in the yard if you go out. I can check on them if requested. Unfortunately internet is not reliable.
