The Attic is a unique owner-built hut with cosy upstairs accommodation, open plan lounge, a large private deck designed for watching the spectacular sunsets and moonrises. Fully self contained. The ‘show gardens’ include a picturesque walk amongst rare flowers, trees and a Japanese inspired pond.

Elphin - your private Leura valley

Elphin is a warm, stylish studio with views from all windows over a beautiful little valley facing north and east, terraced gardens, native ferns and a sunny deck. As you lie in your cozy bed you can watch the trees and birds from beautiful large windows in three different directions. Please do note that if you have any challenges at all with mobility, Elphin is not recommended.
