The Homestead

Welcome to The Homestead in Little Falls, NY located just minutes off the NYS Thruway. The Homestead was built in the 1910"s . As you enter the home you will see the stairs to the second floor where the two bedrooms are located . To the right of the entryway is the living room to the left is the dining room, The kitchen is right off from the dining room fully furnished with everything you will need for cooking. The only bathroom is just off from the dining room. A cozy little home to stay.

Welcome to your home away from home in beautiful Upstate NY! Located on a scenic park in the heart of Little Falls, you'll be a short 5 minute walk from restaurants and groceries. Park Place offers spacious bedrooms and living spaces. It is close to outdoor adventures, such as rock climbing and trails which follow the historic Erie Canal. Nearby, you can marvel at landmarks such as Herkimer Home and Lock 17. Further away, you can hike and ski the Adirondacks or visit the Baseball Hall of Fame.

A shabby chic, bohemian flat put together with a Paris apartment in mind. You have an entire two bedroom apartment to yourself. The flat is right in the middle of the City within walking distance to all (i.e. restaurants, bars, bakery and shopping). Both brand new mattresses are dressed in new super soft sheets and have extra pillows for comfort. The bathroom is stocked with new Egyptian cotton wash and towel sets. The kitchen has the essentials to make meals on the premises during your stay.

This bright and sunny 1 BR apartment has plenty of space to spread out. Full eat-in kitchen including all cooking essentials. In addition to the queen bed in bedroom there is a full size bed, queen size air mattress and pack’n play available for use. A small town off Exit 30 on I-90. Centrally located between Syracuse and Albany. 40 min to Cooperstown (1 hour to All Star Village). 15 min to Herkimer Diamond Mines. Also, nearby the home of the Utica Comets Hockey and Utica City Football Club!
