Bison Farmhouse Non-smoking property

Our cottage home has a modern farmhouse feel with designer selected finishes. There is a bedroom downstairs with a full bathroom attached, and 2 bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom. You will have use of a washer and dryer, WiFi, a full kitchen, and can park your vehicle under a covered carport. There is a fenced backyard with outdoor seating and grill. The house is located within walking distance from Harding University. No tobacco, marijuana, or other drugs allowed anywhere on the property.

What We Love About This Property: For guests serious about catching trout and those who want to be cozy and watch. Up to 9 people in 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths. Home is located in a sleepy enclave of full and part time residents. As good neighbors, quiet hours are agreed and No ATVs or firearms. Welcome to High N Heber. This BRAND NEW house is located on North high street in Heber Springs. Hence the name. We hope you get a good laugh out of it! It is centrally located to everything in Heber Springs, including only 1.5 miles from lake access. Will you be showing up after dark? That's okay, this house lights up every night! Just wait until you see it. We have worked really hard to create this beautiful home and everything in it. We hope you love it as much as we do!!

Escape to our cozy riverside retreat on the Little Red River in Heber Springs, Arkansas! This charming spot is a haven for fishing enthusiasts. Fish from the dock or for fly fishing enthusiast Cow Shoals walk-in area is just 2 miles away, making it super easy to get some good fishing in. If you’re in the mood for some lake time, you’re just 10 minutes from the Dam Site Marina on Greers Ferry Lake, where you can enjoy boating, swimming, or simply taking in the stunning views.

Cottage On the Corner--close to campus.

Enjoy our newly painted home with all new linens. There are 2 queen bedrooms and a room with 2 twins. Living room with new large TV. Use wifi to stream all of your favorite shows. Dining room seats 6 and 3 at the bar. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen or enjoy local favorites Backyard and covered patio- perfect for entertaining. Parts of the house contain Harding history. Walls and shelving are made from the original bleachers from the Ganus Athletic Center.

Close to the lake or river, where you can enjoy beach time by visiting Sandy Beach on Greers Ferry lake or go trout fishing on the Little Red River, each just a few minutes away! Hikers will enjoy visiting Sugarloaf Mountain and Bridal Veil Falls nearby. You will be close to shopping, restaurants and gas stations.
