Our guest house and venue is a dog-friendly lakefront property on a private 10-acre peninsula in Fairfield Bay ... stunning views of Greers Ferry Lake & Sugarloaf, enjoy swimming, fishing, & kayaking right on Snakehead Cove or explore our 2-story private waterfall. The 3,500 sqft home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, new hot tub, fireplace and finished basement. Outside you can enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets, cozy fire pit and trails. Picturesque Pet-Friendly Haven

This charming home offers a serene retreat suitable for singles, couples, or a small family, welcoming pets with open arms. Nestled within a spacious 0.8-acre lot, it features a main bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom is a modern office. At the same time, the third room serves as a dedicated workout area, boasting a treadmill, exercise bike, hand weights, and a yoga mat. A twin bed has been added to this room and a portable playpen is also available.

Annikken's Cabin

Situated on 2.5 acres, Annikken's cabin is perfect for Large families or couples vacationing. Bring your boat or rent one at the nearby Marina. Launching facilities and swimming are also available just a 1/4 mile away at the Narrows State Park. Heber Springs is just 30 minutes East. Enjoy the spacious yard perfect for outdoor activities or just relax on the large deck while enjoying the peaceful secluded surroundings. There is TV, DVD player with movies but NO CABLE. Handicap accessible ramp.

Homestead Haven

This lake retreat will make the perfect home base for your next family reunion. The home sleeps 11 with 4 bedrooms that include 2 king size beds, 1 queen, 2 sets of bunk beds and an extra twin size mattress tucked away in a closet. The fully stocked kitchen should meet all your needs or fire up the gas griddle for a cookout. If time outdoors is not your thing, the sunroom is a great place to hangout. There is also a designated "puzzle table" tucked in the corner of the living room.

Clinton Cabins #1 Quiet and relaxing!

The Cabin is close to downtown and provides easy access to restaurants, entertainment and businesses. However, it sits on a peaceful 1.8 acres with room for boats and trailers. It has a gas grill, outdoor dining table and chairs, and a covered front porch to enjoy the tranquil setting. The cabin is recently built so everything is new and fresh! We are excited to share our getaway with you. Drinking a cup of coffee on the porch in the morning listening to the birds is the best!

Welcome to this quiet neighborhood home. Close to the lake or river, where you can enjoy beach time by visiting Sandy Beach on Greers Ferry lake or go trout fishing on the Little Red River, each just a few minutes away! Hikers will enjoy visiting Sugarloaf Mountain and Bridal Veil Falls nearby. You will be close to shopping, restaurants and gas stations. Bring all your water toys along, as there is room in the side yard to park your boat and jet skis!
